This CYQ endorsed CPD programme is for qualified Level 3 Pilates teachers and practicioners who teach group Pilates exercise or on a one to one basis.Add variety, intensity and resistance training to your Pilates sessions so that you can be a cut above the other teachers.What you will learn:The Stability Ball:The Stability Ball can be used to strenghten the muscles in the abs and back including the rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, internal/external obliques and the erector spinae. These moves will also challenge your balance, stability and overall coordination, making this a multi-purpose workout.

The Pilates Ring:The Magic circles, also known as fitness circle, workout ring and exercise ring will add light resistance to pilates exercises and help target specific muscle groups.
