Become a Pre and Post natal instructor with CORE Fitness Education. Learn to train and look after these specialist group of clients safely and effectively. This qualification is open to any level 2 instructors (gym or ETM) and above. Start a new exciting chapter in your career in the Health and Fitness Industry with our nationally recognised qualification. On successful completion of this course you will gain: • REPs Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise (QCF) • REPs Advanced Pre and Post Natal Exercise Instructor Aimed at both NON qualified and qualifed pre post natal instructors due to depth of courses and two certificates on offer will enable instructors to competently to address the needs of pre and post clients. This course is designed, written and delivered by a team of sports scientists, academics, midwives, specialist instructors, educationalists and experienced pre post natal instructors. The weekend will be used to consolidate the learning from e-learning and focuses mainly on the practical aspects of the course. As well as the ongoing assessments and coursework, there will be an assessment day on which the written paper and practical assessment will be undertaken. Students will cover: • Physiological and biomechanical changes taking place in pregnancy. • Nutrition in pregnancy • Programming. • Baseline Testing. • Special circumstances and pathologies during pregnancy. This qualification will be assessed via: • Internally assessed worksheets. • Externally assessed Case Study. (Case study must be submitted within 4 weeks of course weekend) Support: Every student is assigned an educational supervisor who will arrange an initial telephone meeting with the student on booking the course to discuss goals, expectations, course structure etc and to talk you through the e-learning. They will be your first port of call and will be contactable 24/7 by email or phone. They are available to arrange further one to one sessions to provide additional tutorials and support.
