I love all abdominal work but my all time favourite is The 100. I still remember the first time I did this exercise in class, I thought I'd never be able to do it! I love to see the look of achievement on my clients faces once they've done this, especially those who once thought they would never manage.
I'm a mum of 3 and work in education, I have always been sporty but as I got older i realised i needed to look after my mind as well as my body, and find exercise that I could continue into my old age! I started pilates at My Body Studios about 5 years ago and have been a student of Emma Newham.
I have recently certified with Pilates Union and I am loving teaching. I am also training to be a yoga teacher and hope to teach children about the benefits of yoga and pilates, hopefully they'll also have a love of exercise for life, like me.
Look after body, mind and spirit and you won't go far wrong.
