BarreConcept creator, Emma Newham, puts you through your paces in this challenging but fun, ballet inspired workout. This is the second DVD in the BarreConcept portfolio.  Ballet movements are combined with fitness movements derived from Pilates, Yoga and Sports Conditioning to form a choreographed routine that flows effortlessly. Your strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility will improve. This is a dynamic flowing workout that produces dramatic results. The workout starts with an aerobic workout followed by intense conditioning exercises at the barre. After this your abdominals and upper body are challenged on the floor and then the finishing stretch sequence will leave you feeling flexible and supple.
