Barbara Bays has been teaching mind body holistic exercise for over a decade, working to improve the health and lives of her students. In addition to group Pilates mat classes, Bays offers yoga and meditation sessions to calm and de-stress body and mind. With around 30 group classes a week, the studio has a session to suit everybody, regardless of age or fitness level.
